This paper explores the application of modern information technology in the optimization of the environmental test process of avionics equipment.It constructs an integrated test system based on the Internet of Things,Big Data analysis,and Artificial Intelligence.It realizes the real-time collection of test parameters by deploying a distributed sensor network.Combined with Machine Learning algorithms,it establishes a parameter optimization model and decision-making mechanism,which significantly improves the test efficiency and reliability.Actual application data show that the temperature test cycle is shortened by 28%,the test error rate is reduced by 92.9%,and the equipment idle rate is decreased by 74.8%.The system provides an intelligent solution for the reliability verification of avionics equipment and has significant engineering application value.
