Design and Implementation of a Test Equipment for 1394 Daughter Cards
1394子卡是一种实现IEEE 1394B总线协议的板卡,在生产过程中需要经过大量测试来确定质量是否合格,传统手动测试的方式效率低、测试覆盖性差.文章提出一种针对 1394 子卡的测试设备设计方案,将 1394 子卡测试设备分为工控机、激励源、产品测试端以及电源几部分,分别从硬件、结构、软件等方面对测试设备的设计进行介绍.该设备实现了对 1394 子卡RN(Remote Node)功能的测试,实际测试及环境实验表明,测试设备功能、性能可靠,使用方便,人机界面友好,实用性好,对机载网络的测试具有重要意义.
The 1394 daughter card is a circuit board that implements the IEEE 1394B bus protocol.During its production process,extensive testing is required to determine whether it meets quality standards.Traditional manual testing methods suffer from low efficiency and inadequate test coverage.This paper proposes a design scheme for a test equipment specifically for the 1394 daughter card.The test equipment is divided into several parts such as an industrial control computer,a stimulus source,a product test terminal,and a power supply.The design of the test equipment is introduced from aspects such as hardware,structure,and software.This equipment enables the testing of the Remote Node function of the 1394 daughter card.Practical testing and environmental trials demonstrate that the test equipment is reliable in both functionality and performance,and it is easy to use,has friendly human-computer interface,and offers good practicality.It holds significant importance for the testing of avionics networks.
