Suppression Methods for Electromagnetic Interference in Printing Press Automation Control Systems
印刷机自动控制系统以工业计算机为核心,通过精确控制电机运转调控印刷机械的工作状态,具备恒定张力、自动套色等功能,是一套复杂的自动化系统.由于该系统运行在强电与弱电并存的环境中,降低电磁干扰对控制系统的影响、确保系统稳定运行显得尤为重要.文章从控制柜布局、布线、接地、屏蔽、滤波和隔离 6 个方面,提出了减小电磁干扰的具体方法,并将这些方法应用于实际工程实践中,取得了显著的效果.
The automatic control system of the printing press takes the industrial computer as the core,and controls the working state of printing machinery through precise control of motor operation.It has the functions of constant tension and automatic color matching,and is a complex automatic system.Since the system operates in an environment where high-voltage and low-voltage power coexist,minimizing Electromagnetic Interference(EMI)impact on the control system and ensuring stable operation are of paramount importance.This paper proposes specific EMI reduction methods from six aspects of control cabinet layout,wiring,grounding,shielding,filtering,and isolation.These methods have been applied in practical engineering projects,achieving remarkable results.
