集中式光伏电站中压电缆敷设交叉施工的影响因素及施工部署研究OA
RESEARCH ON INFLUENCING FACTORS AND CONSTRUCTION DEPLOYMENT OF CROSS CONSTRUCTION OF MEDIUM VOLTAGE CABLE LAYING IN CENTRALIZED PV POWER STATIONS
为保障大型集中式光伏电站的中压电缆敷设交叉施工顺利开展,首先,对此类电缆敷设交叉施工存在的问题进行了分析;其次,通过决策试验与评价实验室-解释结构模型(DEMATEL-ISM)法,对交叉施工中的关键影响因素进行了识别,并梳理了各影响因素间的层级拓扑关系;最后提出了用于指导电缆敷设交叉施工部署的环形干涉模型,并以某集中式光伏电站为例,给出了详细的施工进度计划和理论资源配置.研究结果表明:1)施工人员数量是电缆敷设交叉施工的本质施工要素,施工部署中需要高度重视人员的配置;根据DEMATEL的计算结果,位于第I象限的电缆敷设长度、施工机械数量和安全管理这3个影响因素的中心度值较大,表明其对电缆敷设交叉施工系统的影响程度最大.2)针对某集中式光伏电站,采用环形干涉模型,有效指导了该光伏电站西区进升压站段 28 条回路的电缆敷设交叉施工的总体部署,确定了各作业队的施工起点位置及作业顺序.该部署的施工资源配置合理,可满足现场施工进度计划,保障了施工工期.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of cross construction of medium voltage cable laying in large centralized PV power stations,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in such cross construction of cable laying.Secondly,the key influencing factors in cross construction are identified and the hierarchical topological relationships between each influencing factor are sorted out through the DEMATEL-ISM method.Finally,a circle interference model is proposed to guide the deployment of cable laying cross construction,and a detailed construction schedule and theoretical resource allocation are provided using a centralized PV power station as an example.The research results show that:1)The number of construction personnel is an essential element of cable laying cross construction,and personnel allocation needs to be highly valued in construction deployment.According to DEMATEL's calculation results,the centrality values of the three influencing factors located in the first quadrant,namely cable laying length,construction mechanical quantity,and safety management,are relatively high,indicating that they have the greatest impact on the cable laying cross construction system.2)For a centralized PV power station,a circle interference model is adopted to effectively guide the overall deployment of cable laying cross construction for 28 circuits of the booster station section in the western area of the PV power station The starting positions and operation sequences of each operation team are determined.The deployment of construction resources is reasonable and can meet the on-site construction schedule,ensuring the construction period.
