为进一步提高光伏电站发电效率,n型TOPCon、HJT、背接触(BC)等高功率双面光伏组件受到广泛关注.针对这些高功率光伏组件,分析了不同太阳能资源区及容配比主动超配方式下光伏电站的逆变器功率超配损失、直流限发损失情况.首先从Ⅰ~Ⅲ类太阳能资源区分别选取新疆维吾尔自治区的巴音郭楞蒙古自治州若羌县、河北省的张家口市、湖北省的黄冈市这 3 个地区作为代表性地区,并计算建于这 3 个地区的光伏电站采用不同类型高功率光伏组件时光伏组串中光伏组件的串联数量;然后利用PVsyst软件模拟分析了这 3 个光伏电站在不同光伏组件峰值功率及容配比超配下的发电量损失情况.分析结果表明:1)对于采用不同类型高功率光伏组件的光伏电站而言,其在Ⅰ~Ⅲ类太阳能资源区、不同容配比超配条件下均未发生直流限发损失.2)对于同类型的高功率光伏组件而言,在采用同一容配比时,太阳能资源越好的地区,光伏电站的逆变器功率超配损失越大.

To further improve the power generation efficiency of PV power stations,high-power n type bifacial PV modules such as TOPCon、HJT and BC have received widespread attention.For these high-power PV modules,the power overmatching losses and DC limiting losses of inverters under different solar resource areas and active overmatching method of PV power to inverter power ratio are analyzed.This paper first selects three areas as representative areas from Class Ⅰ~Ⅲ solar energy resource areas,namely Ruoqiang County in Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Zhangjiakou City in Hebei Province,and Huanggang City in Hubei Province,and calculates the number of series connected PV modules of PV power stations built in these three areas using different high-power PV modules.Then use PVsyst software to simulate the power generation capacity loss of these three PV power stations under different peak power of PV modules and PV power to inverter power ratio overmatching conditions.Analysis results show that:1)For PV power station using different types of high-power PV modules,there has been no DC limiting losses under Ⅰ~Ⅲ solar resource areas and different PV power to inverter power ratio over matching conditions.2)For high-power PV modules of the same type,when the same PV power to inverter power ratio is used,the overmatching loss of inverter power in areas with better solar energy is higher.
