教师生成式人工智能依赖量表:开发与应用OA

生成式人工智能在赋能教育教学的同时,也可能引发教师对其过度依赖并带来潜在风险.科学测评教师生成式人工智能依赖,对识别风险并引导其合理使用具有重要意义.基于个体—情感—认知—执行交互模型,研究采用文献分析、半结构化访谈与质性编码,结合两轮德尔菲专家咨询构建初始量表;随后运用项目分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、测量等值性检验及信度分析对量表进行修订与验证.结果表明,最终形成的教师生成式人工智能依赖量表包含认知卸载、行为惯化、情感联结、环境依从与弊害衍生等五个维度,共 23 个项目;量表的结构效度、聚合效度与区分效度良好,信度指标达到要求,并在性别、学段与区域等群体间表现出较好的测量等值性.基于该量表的现状调查显示,样本教师生成式人工智能依赖整体处于中等偏低水平,但个体差异较为明显;此外,不同性别、学段与区域背景教师在依赖程度上存在显著差异.研究不仅为评估教师生成式人工智能依赖水平提供了有效测评工具,也为制定分层分类的教师合理使用干预与支持策略提供参考.

Generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)can empower teaching and learning,yet it may also lead teachers to devel-op excessive dependency and bring potential risks.Scientifically assessing teachers'dependency on GenAI is important for identifying risks and guiding appropriate use.Guided by the Person-Affect-Cognition-Execution interaction model,this study constructed an ini-tial scale through literature review,semi-structured interviews,and qualitative coding,in combination with two rounds of Delphi ex-pert consultation.The scale was then revised and validated using item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analy-sis,measurement invariance testing,and reliability testing.Results showed that the final scale comprises five dimensions—cognitive offloading,behavioral habituation,emotional attachment,environmental conformity,and adverse-outcome derivation—with a total of 23 items.The scale demonstrated good structural validity,convergent validity,and discriminant validity,and the reliability indicator met acceptable standards.Moreover,the scale exhibited satisfactory measurement invariance across groups defined by gender,educa-tional level,and region.A descriptive survey based on the scale indicated that teachers'overall GenAI dependency was at a moder-ately low level,but individual differences were pronounced.In addition,significant differences in dependency levels were found across gender,educational level,and regional background.This study provides a valid instrument for evaluating teachers'GenAI dependency and offers evidence to inform differentiated,tiered intervention and strategies for promoting reasonable use.
