蚕豆种质资源光合作用效率相关性状多样性分析与综合评价OA
Diversity Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Photosynthetic Efficiency Related Traits in Faba Bean(Vicia faba L.)Germplasm Resources
为了深入探究光合作用效率相关性状的蚕豆种质资源遗传多样性,筛选鉴定高光效蚕豆种质,选取213份来自国内外的蚕豆种质资源,通过变异系数、遗传多样性指数、主成分分析、隶属函数法等方法对其光合作用效率相关性状[净光合速率(A)、蒸腾速率(E)、气孔导度(GSW)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、叶面积]进行多样性分析与综合评价.结果表明:213份蚕豆种质资源的遗传多样性丰富,盛花期变异系数介于0.086~0.287,结荚期变异系数介于0.066~0.321,其中,盛花期与结荚期均为叶绿素相对含量的变异系数最小,仅为0.086和0.066,气孔导度的变异系数最大,达到0.287和0.321;盛花期与结荚期的香农指数分布范围分别为2.504~2.845和2.058~3.004.主成分结果显示,4个主成分因子的累计贡献率达到75.660%,能够较好覆盖蚕豆种质资源的大部分信息.综合评价与聚类分析结果显示,得分排名前13 的 种 质 资 源 分 别 为 H0000912、H0000927、H0003874、H0000842、4061、H0000921、H0004532、H0000843、H0004238、H0005045、H0002429、H0000931、H0000997,均处于高光效类群中,具有作为高光效亲本的潜在价值.
To deeply explore the genetic diversity and identify photosynthetic efficiency related traits in faba bean germplasm resources,213 accessions from domestic and international sources were evalu-ated in this study,and the photosynthetic efficiency related traits,including net photosynthetic rate(A),transpiration rate(E),stomatal conductance(GSW),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),rela-tive chlorophyll content(SPAD value),and leaf area,were analyzed by means of coefficient of varia-tion,genetic diversity index,principal component analysis and the membership function method.The results showed that the genetic diversity was high,with coefficients of variation ranging from 0.086 to 0.287 at the full flowering stage,and from 0.066 to 0.321 at pod setting stage.Among them,relative chlorophyll content showed the lowest variation,only 0.086 and 0.066,and the coefficient of variation of stomatal conductance was the largest,reaching 0.287 and 0.321,Shannon diversity index values ranged from 2.504 to 2.845,and from 2.058 to 3.004 at full flowering stage and pod setting stage,re-spectively.Principal component analysis indicated that four components explained 75.66%of the total variance,representing most of the trait information across the 213 germplasm accessions:Comprehen-sive evaluation and cluster analysis identified top 13 high-photosynthetic efficiency accessions:H0000912,H0000927,H0003874,H0000842,4061,H0000931,H0004532,H0000843,H0004238,H0005045,respectively.These accessions demonstrated strong potential for use as parental lines in high photosynthetic efficiency breeding programs.
