冷冻神经溶解术(CNL)作为一种新兴的低温治疗技术,在多种疾病的康复中展现出显著疗效.CNL通过低温冷冻效应,有效地缓解疼痛和改善肌肉痉挛,并有助于减少阿片类药物的依赖和成瘾.本文系统综述了CNL在神经性疼痛、肌肉骨骼疾病、术后康复等领域的最新临床实践成果,深入探讨了其作用原理、临床应用范围及疗效评价,旨在为CNL在疼痛管理与功能康复中的合理应用提供理论依据和实践参考.
Cryoneurolysis(CNL),as an emerging cryotherapy technique,has demonstrated significant therapeutic effects in the rehabilitation of various diseases.By utilizing the cryogenic freezing effect,CNL effectively alleviates pain and improves muscle spasms,and helps reduce the dependence on and addiction to opioid drugs.This article systematically reviewed the latest clinical practice achievements of CNL in the fields of neuropathic pain,musculoskeletal diseases,and postoperative rehabilitation,and deeply explores its mechanism of action,clinical application scope,and efficacy evaluation.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical references for the rational application of CNL in pain management and functional rehabilitation.
