[目的/意义]有效构建产品在线评论本体,有助于企业深入挖掘在线评论中的产品属性及其相关的消费者情感倾向,从而进一步挖掘消费者需求以辅助商业决策.[方法/过程]为了使企业能够精准地获取消费者反馈信息,本文以消费者感知价值为切入视角,以LDA模型从在线评论文本语料中挖掘出感知价值主题因素为本体知识分布的主题面;在此基础上,采用句法依存分析、Word2Vec模型以及SO-PMI算法等方法进行本体知识内容的填充.[结果/结论]以家用智能扫地机器人在线评论文本为语料,对本文提出的本体构建方法进行了实证与评估,为产品在线评论本体知识模型的搭建提供了一种新视角.

[Purpose/Significance]Effectively constructing an online product review ontology helps enterprises to deeply explore the product attributes and related consumer emotional tendencies in online reviews,and further use them to explore consumer needs to assist business decision-making.[Method/Process]In order to enable enterprises to accurately obtain consumer feedback information,the paper took the perspective of consumer perceived value and used LDA model to mine perceived value topic factors from online review corpus as the topic surface of ontology knowledge distribution;On this basis,the paper used methods such as syntactic dependency analysis,Word2Vec model,and SO-PMI algorithm to fill in the ontology knowledge content.[Result/Conclusion]The paper takes the online reviews of household intelligent sweeping robots as the corpus,practices and evaluates the ontology construction method proposed in the paper,providing a new per-spective for the construction of the product online review ontology knowledge model.
