[目的/意义]临床规培医生作为未来医疗健康领域的主力军,探究其转折性信息实践,对助力该群体顺利度过初入职场这一转折阶段具有重要意义.[方法/过程]基于信息行为转折理论和转折性信息实践模型,对23位研究对象(含规培医生、导师及职能部门负责人)进行半结构化访谈,从生活转折视角揭示了临床规培医生的信息实践发展过程,及对规培医生角色转变、身份认同和意义建构的推动作用.[结果/结论]临床规培医生面对巨大的转折冲击,通过理解、权衡、解决3个阶段,不断发展积极取向的信息行为,最终实现身份转变、角色内化与职业价值重塑,完成从迷茫到成长的蜕变和跃迁.其中,每个阶段呈现出独特的情境化信息需求、信息支持和转折性信息实践.据此,本文从宏观、中观、微观层面提出针对性建议,以帮助临床规培医生平稳度过职业转折阶段.

[Purpose/Significance]As the future backbone of the healthcare system,clinical resident physicians play a crucial role in medical practice.Exploring their transitional information practices is of great significance for supporting this group in successfully navigating the critical stage of entering the workplace.[Method/Process]Drawing on transitional information behavior theory and the model of transitional information practices,this study conducted semi-structured inter-views with 23 participants,including resident physicians,mentors,and administrative staff.From the perspective of life transitions,the study revealed the developmental process of resident physicians'information practices and their contribu-tions to role transformation,identity construction,and meaning-making.[Result/Conclusion]Facing intense transitional challenges,resident physicians progress through three stages—understanding,negotiating,and resolving—while continu-ally developing positively oriented information behaviors.This process ultimately facilitates identity transformation,role internalization,and professional value reconstruction,marking a shift from confusion to growth.Each stage exhibits unique contextualized information needs,informational support,and transitional information practices.Accordingly,the study proposes targeted recommendations at the macro,meso,and micro levels to help clinical resident physicians navigate the transitional stage of their careers smoothly.
