文章介绍了一种应用在某军贸多用途直升机上的,以MIL-STD-1553B数据总线标准为主,ARINC429/RS422 等数据总线标准为辅的机载数据总线设计方案,其中 1553B数据总线使用双总线双余度架构将整机航电设备连接成区域网,选择综合处理任务系统同时为两条数据总线的总线控制器角色,实现整机航电系统设备数据的互联互通,飞行总线与战术总线相互独立,又可以通过综合任务处理系统进行数据备份,可扩展性高,并给出接口控制文件说明及示例,充分证明了该方案的可靠性和灵活性,文章的最后针对未来航空领域的数据总线发展进行了展望.

This paper introduces an airborne data bus design solution applied to a military-trade multi-role helicopter,which adopts the MIL-STD-1553B data bus standard as the primary standard and supplements it with the ARINC429/RS422 and other data bus standards.The 1553B data bus adopts a dual-bus dual-redundancy architecture to interconnect all the avionics equipment of the helicopter into a zone network.The integrated mission processing system serves as the bus controller for both data buses,enabling data interconnection and intercommunication among all the equipment in the helicopter avionics system.The flight bus and the tactical bus operate independently and realize mutual data backup through the integrated mission processing system,thus featuring high scalability.The specifications and examples of the ICD are provided,which fully verify the reliability and flexibility of the solution.Finally,the paper discusses the prospects of the future development of data buses in the aviation field.
