PPM模型视角下生成式人工智能教育领域应用意愿的实证研究OA

An Empirical Study on the Intention to Apply Generative Artificial Intelligence in Education from the Perspective of the PPM Model

在教育数字化加速背景下,大学生是否愿意采纳生成式人工智能技术成为高校教学变革的重要议题.基于PPM模型构建分析框架,利用357份有效问卷数据,运用回归分析方法,探讨影响大学生应用意愿的关键动因.结果发现:对传统教学的功能性不满显著提升其技术迁移动机,平台所提供的个性化、交互性与效率优势是强化使用意愿的核心吸引点,而既有使用经验与数字素养在意愿形成中发挥稳定和增强效应.因此,高校在推动生成式人工智能技术采纳时,可通过明确学生的学习痛点、突出平台的功能优势,并加强数字素养相关支持,构建有利于技术采纳的教学环境与使用路径.

With the accelerated digitalization of education,whether college students are willing to adopt generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)technology has become a key issue in the reform of higher education.This study constructs an analytical framework based on the Push-Pull-Mooring(PPM)model and employs regression analysis on 357 valid questionnaire responses to explore the key drivers of students'adoption intention.The results show that dissatisfaction with traditional teaching functions significantly increases students'motivation to shift to new technologies.Personalized support,interactive experiences,and perceived efficiency gains serve as major attractors to enhance adoption intention,while prior usage experience and digital literacy play a stabilizing and reinforcing role.Based on these findings,universities should identify students'learning pain points,highlight the platform's functional advantages,and enhance digital literacy support to build a conducive environment and adoption pathway for GenAI in education.
