响应面法优化糙皮侧耳的木质素降解条件OA

Optimization of Lignin Degradation Conditions of Pleurotus ostreatus by Response Surface Method

为提高木质素的降解率,促进秸秆资源化利用,试验以农业废弃物玉米秸秆为主要原料,以木质素降解率为指标,结合单因素试验结果进行响应面法优化,确定接种量、含水量及培养时间的最佳组合,并采用扫描电镜以及红外光谱分析糙皮侧耳优化工艺处理前后原料的微观和化学结构.结果表明:当接种量15%、含水量80%、培养时间40 d时,木质素降解率最高,达到34.71%.通过电镜和红外光谱分析,糙皮侧耳优化工艺处理后的原料表面结构遭到破坏,纤维束结构暴露,化学结构明显变化,表明糙皮侧耳对玉米秸秆中木质素有着良好的降解效果.

This experiment mainly used agricultural waste corn straw as the main raw material,with lignin degradation rate as the indicator,and combined the results of single-factor experiments to optimize the response surface methodology to determine the optimal combination of inoculation amount,water content,and cultivation time.And scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy were used to analyze the microstructure and chemical structure of the raw materials before and after the optimization process of Pleu-rotus ostreatus.The results showed that when the inoculation amount was 15%,the water content was 80%,and the cultivation time was 40 d,the lignin degradation rate was the highest,reaching 34.71%.Through electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy analysis,the surface structure of the raw material was dam-aged,the fiber bundle structure was exposed,and the chemical structure significantly changed after the opti-mization process treatment of Pleurotus ostreatus.This indicates that the Pleurotus ostreatus has a good deg-radation effect on lignin in corn straw.
