单轴压缩条件下含水平单薄层膏盐泥岩力学特性试验研究OA
Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Gypsum-Salt Mudstone with Horizontal Thin Layer Under Uniaxial Compression Condition
含薄层膏盐泥岩是我国红层区水利水电工程建设集中流域的典型"软夹硬"复合岩体,其力学特性较为复杂.本文采用自制全过程全方位变形破坏测量岩石单轴试验仪,对含薄层膏盐泥岩开展单轴压缩试验,研究其变形破坏机制及力学特性.研究结果表明:试样侧面形态呈"葫芦"状,随泥岩岩块含水量ω增加,特征愈加明显;干燥时与纯泥岩侧面形态一致,ω增加时两者侧向变形差异愈大,塑限含水量时,两者最大侧向变形分别为2.0~2.4、1.6~1.8mm;薄层膏盐岩对试样力学破坏有阻碍效应,随薄层膏盐岩厚度D增加,其阻碍效应更显著(D为1mm时,薄层易破坏甚至错断(ω<6%);D为4mm时,薄层不破坏且阻碍效应显著);薄层膏盐岩增强了试样整体强度,最大轴向应力值随D增加而增加;与纯泥岩相比,D为1和4mm时,最大轴向应力值分别增加了8.5%~11.9%和45.2%~50.3%.所取得的研究成果可为大变形复合软岩试验研究提供理论依据和试验思路.
The gypsum-salt mudstone with thin layer is a typical"soft layer sandwiching hard layer"composite rock mass frequently encountered in hydroelectric and water conservancy projects at China's red-bed basins.It exhibits complex mechanical behavior in engineering construction.In this study,we conducted uniaxial compression tests by a custom-developed rock testing system capable of full-process monitoring and omnidirectional deformation-failure measurement,aiming to investigate its deformation-failure mechanisms and mechanical characteristics.The experimental results reveal that:the side shape of the sample is a'gourd'shape,and the characteristics become more obvious with the increase of water content(ω)of mudstone mass.When the sample is dried,the side shape of the sample is as the same as that of the pure mudstone.When ω increases,the difference of the lateral deformation between the two tests becomes greater.At the plastic limit water content,the maximum lateral deformations of the two tests are 2~2.4 mm and 1.6~1.8 mm,respectively.Thin gypsum salt rock has a hindering effect on the mechanical failure of the sample.The hindrance effect becomes more significant as the thickness of the thin-layer gypsum rock(D)increases.s When D is 1 mm,the thin layer is easily destroyed or even broken(ω<6%).When D is 4mm,the thin layer is not destroyed and the blocking effect is significant.The thin gypsum salt rock enhances the overall strength of the sample,and the maximum axial stress increases with the increase of D.Compared with pure mudstone,when D is 1 mm,the maximum axial stress value increases by 8.5%~11.9%;when D is 4 mm,it increases by 45.2%~50.3%.The research results can provide theoretical basis and experimental ideas for the experimental study of large deformation composite soft rock.
