在膨胀土与混凝土挡墙之间设置橡胶砂减压层,可有效缓解膨胀土吸水膨胀引起的土压力增大问题,但其对墙后土压力的分布与大小的影响仍缺乏系统研究.通过橡胶砂减压层调控下膨胀土挡墙模型试验,分析了墙后土压力沿墙高方向的分布规律,并基于水平微分单元法推导了相应的土压力计算公式.结果表明:橡胶砂减压层在膨胀土膨胀压力作用下发生侧向压缩,为膨胀土膨胀提供了变形空间,从而显著降低了挡墙土压力;当墙后膨胀土吸水饱和时,土压力沿墙深呈逐渐增大的分布规律;理论计算值与试验实测值吻合较好,验证了所提方法的合理性.

Installing a rubber-sand mixture cushion layer between expansive soil and a concrete retaining wall can effectively mitigate the increase in lateral earth pressure induced by the swelling of expansive soil upon wetting.However,the influence of such a cushion layer on the magnitude and distribution of earth pressure behind the wall has not been systematically investigated.In this study,model tests on expansive soil retaining walls with rubber-sand mixture cushion layers were conducted to examine the distribution of earth pressure along the wall height.Then a theoretical calculation method for lateral earth pressure was developed based on the horizontal differential element method.The results indicate that the rubber-sand mixture cushion layer undergoes lateral compression under the action of swelling pressure,providing deformation space for the expansive soil and thereby significantly reducing the earth pressure acting on the wall.When the backfill reaches full saturation,the lateral earth pressure gradually increases with depth.The theoretical predictions show good agreement with the experimental measurements,verifying the validity of the proposed calculation method.
