芪翁黄柏散对断奶仔猪生长性能及肠道菌群结构的影响OA
Effects of Qiweng Huangbai San on Growth Performance and Intestinal Flora Structure of Weaned Piglets
试验旨在评估饲粮中加入芪翁黄柏散对断奶仔猪生长性能及肠道菌群结构的影响.试验选取40日龄、体重相近的180头仔猪,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复15头仔猪.处理组设置如下:对照组(基础饲粮+2 kg/t酸化剂+2 kg/t植物精油)、300 g芪黄组(基础饲粮+2 kg/t酸化剂+2 kg/t植物精油+300 g/t芪翁黄柏散)和500 g芪黄组(基础饲粮+500 g/t芪翁黄柏散).预试验3 d,正试期20 d.结果表明:①与对照组相比,300 g芪黄组的平均日增重升高10%,而500 g芪黄组升高13.5%.在料重比方面,300 g芪黄组下降8.5%,500 g芪黄组下降7.9%.②相较于对照组,500 g芪黄组的腹泻率降低8.5%,死淘率降低1%,而300 g芪黄组腹泻率显著下降9.9%,腹泻率为1%以下.③相较于对照组,500 g芪黄组的心脏重显著增加(P<0.05),同时,500 g芪黄组的肝脏重与300 g芪黄组的肝脏指数均显著提升(P<0.05).此外,与对照组相比,300 g芪黄组和500 g芪黄组的肾脏重也均显著提升(P<0.05).其中不同组间,300 g芪黄组的肾脏重增幅最为显著(P<0.05).④与500 g芪黄组相比,300 g芪黄组厚壁菌门丰度存在显著优势(P<0.05);与300 g芪黄组对比,500 g芪黄组拟杆菌门丰度方面显著提高(P<0.05);对照组的螺旋菌门丰度显著高于300 g芪黄组和500 g芪黄组(P<0.05).⑤在罗氏菌属方面,300 g芪黄组的丰度显著高于其他组别(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮添加芪翁黄柏散可显著提高日增重、降低料重比,并改善肠道菌群结构,维持微生态平衡.
The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of adding Qiweng Huangbai San to the diet on the growth performance and intestinal flora structure of weaned piglets.A total of 180 piglets of 40 days of age and similar weight were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into three groups,each con-taining four replicates with 15 piglets each.The treatment groups were set as follows:control group(basal diet+2 kg/t acidifier+2 kg/t essential oil),300 g of Qiweng Huangbai San(basal diet+2 kg/t acidifier+2 kg/t essential oil+300 g/t Qiweng Huangbai San)and 500 g of Qiweng Huangbai San(basal diet+500 g/t Qiweng Huangbai San).The pre-test was 3 d and the main test period was 20 d.The results showed that:① compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of the 300 g Qihuang group was elevated by 10%,while that of the 500 g Qihuang group was elevated by 13.5%.In terms of feed-to-weight ratio,it decreased by 8.5%in the 300 g Qihuang group and 7.9%in the 500 g Qihuang group.② Compared to the control group,the diarrhea rate in the 500 g Qihuang group was reduced by 8.5%and the mortality rate was reduced by 1%,while the diarrhea rate in the 300 g Qihuang group was significantly reduced by 9.9%,resulting in an overall diarrhea rate of 1%or less.③ Compared with the control group,the heart weight was significantly increased in the 500 g Qihuang group(P<0.05),while the liver weight was significantly elevated in both the 500 g Qihuang group and the liver index in the 300 g Qihuang group(P<0.05).In addition,the kidney weight of both 300 g Qihuang group and 500 g Qihuang group were also significantly elevated compared to the control group(P<0.05).Among the different groups,the most significant increase in kidney weight was observed in the 300 g Qihuang group(P<0.05).④ Compared with the 500 g Qihuang group,there was a significant advantage in the abundance of the Firmicutes in the 300 g Qihuang group(P<0.05);compared with the 300 g Qihuang group,the abundance of Bacteroidetes in the 500 g Qihuang group was significantly higher(P<0.05);and the abundance of the Spirochates in the control group was significantly higher than that in the 300 g Qihuang group and the 500 g Qihuang group(P<0.05).⑤ For Roseburia,the abundance was significantly higher in the 300 g Qihuang group than in the other groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of Qiweng Huangbai San to the diets of weaned piglets not only significantly increased their daily weight gain,but also effectively reduced the feed-to-weight ratio,mortality rate and diarrhea rate,which in turn significantly enhanced the growth performance of piglets.In addition,it also contributes to organ development in weaned piglets.In-depth studies revealed that Qiweng Huangbai San could increase the relative abundance of ben-eficial bacteria and decrease the abundance of harmful bacteria in the intestinal tract of weaned piglets,thus contributing to the balance of the intestinal microbial community in weaned piglets.
