试验旨在探究在低能量饲粮中补充二氯乙酸钾(potassium dichloroacetate,DCA-K)对肉鸡的影响.将270只1日龄科宝500肉鸡随机分为3组(每组6个重复,每个重复15只),分别为对照组(CON组,能量水平为12.85 MJ/kg)、低能量组(LME组,能量水平为12.43 MJ/kg)、低能量+二氯乙酸钾组(LME+DCA-K组,能量水平为12.43 MJ/kg,DCA-K组添加量为0.1%).试验期35 d.结果显示:与CON组相比,LME组肉鸡体重和平均日增重显著降低,料重比显著升高(P<0.05).与CON组相比,LME组肉鸡血浆中钙(Ca)含量显著降低(P<0.05),在低能量饲粮基础上补充DCA-K显著提高血浆ALT浓度及HDL含量,显著降低血浆中TG及LDL含量(P<0.05).与CON组相比,LME组显著提高肉鸡十二指肠脂肪酶和空肠胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.05).与LME组相比,LME+DCA-K组显著提高十二指肠、空肠胰蛋白酶活性及空肠脂肪酶活性,回调十二指肠脂肪酶活性(P<0.05).与CON组相比,LME组显著下调肉鸡空肠黏蛋白-2(Mucin-2)、谷氨酸转运蛋白(SLC1A1)、钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白(SGLT-1)、钾内部调整通道-亚家族J-成员13(KCNJ13)、肝X受体α基因(LXRα)及脂肪酸结合蛋白4(FABP4)mRNA的水平,LME+DCA-K组显著回调这些基因的mRNA的水平(P<0.05),同时显著上调溶质载体家族7-阳离子氨基酸转运蛋白,y+系统-成员7(SLC7A7)的mRNA的水平(P<0.05).综上所述,在低能量饲粮中添加0.1%DCA-K可改善肉鸡的血液生化指标和肠道屏障功能,同时提高肠道对氨基酸与脂质的吸收能力.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effect of supplementation of Potassium dichloroacetate(DCA-K)in low-energy diets on broilers.Two hundred and seventy 1-day-old Cobb 500 broilers were randomly divided into three groups(6 repli-cates per group,15 broilers per replicate),which were control group(CON group,energy level of 12.85 MJ/kg),low-energy group(LME group,energy level of 12.43 MJ/kg),and the low-energy+potassium dichloroacetate group(LME+DCA-K group,energy level of 12.43 MJ/kg,with a DCA-K addition of 0.1%).The experimental period was 35 days.The results showed that the body weight and average daily gain were significantly lower and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly higher in the LME group compared with the CON group(P<0.05).Calcium(Ca)content in plasma was significantly lower in broilers in the LME group compared to the CON group(P<0.05),and supplementation with DCA-K on the basis of a low-energy diet significantly increased plasma ALT concentration and HDL content and significantly decreased plasma TG and LDL content(P<0.05).The LME group significantly increased duodenal lipase and jejunal trypsin activities in broilers compared to the CON group(P<0.05).The LME+DCA-K group significantly increased duodenal and jejunal trypsin activity and jejunal lipase activity and dialed back duodenal lipase activity compared to the LME group(P<0.05).Compared with the CON group,the LME group significantly down-regulated the mRNA levels of broiler jejunal Mucin-2,SLC1A1,SGLT-1,KCNJ13,LXRα,and FABP4.The LME+DCA-K group significantly up-regulated the mRNA levels of these genes,as well as significantly up-regulated the mRNA levels of SLC7A7(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 0.1%DCA-K to low-energy diets can improve blood biochemical indexes and intestinal barrier function of broilers,as well as enhance intestinal absorption of amino acids and lipids.
