硒化党参多糖的制备及其对蛋雏鸡生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响OA
Preparation of Selenizing Codonopsis pilosula Polysaccharides and Its Effect on Growth Performance,Immune Function and Antioxidant Capacity of Layer Chickens
为了探讨硒化党参多糖(sCPP)对海兰褐蛋雏鸡生长性能,免疫器官和血清抗氧化能力的影响,试验采用硝酸-亚硒酸钠(HNO3-Na2SeO3)法制备硒化党参多糖,然后进行饲喂试验.选用1日龄海兰褐蛋雏鸡120只,预饲7 d后随机分成6组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只进行正式试验.空白对照组饲喂基础饲粮,党参多糖(CPP)组在常规饲粮基础上添加100 mg/kg CPP,sCPP1、sCPP2、sCPP3组分别在常规饲粮基础上添加50、100和150 mg/kg sCPP,Na2SeO3组则在常规饲粮基础上添加0.3 mg/kg Na2SeO3.试验预饲期7 d,正试期28 d,测定不同处理组雏鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数和血清抗氧化能力.结果表明:①硒化党参多糖最佳修饰条件为每500 mg多糖加300 mg亚硒酸钠、反应温度90℃、反应时间6 h,含硒量为3.97 mg/g.②与空白对照组相比,sCPP3组平均日增重显著提高了13.9%(P<0.05);sCPP2组脾脏指数显著提高了38.8%(P<0.05);sCPP1组和sCPP3组胸腺指数显著提高了39.2%和40.7%(P<0.05).③与CPP组和Na2SeO3组相比,sCPP各组显著提高了蛋雏鸡T-AOC、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性(P<0.05)、显著降低了MDA含量(P<0.05).综上,饲粮中添加100~150 mg/kg的硒化党参多糖可提高雏鸡生长性能,并增强其免疫功能和抗氧化能力.
To investigate the effects of selenizing Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide(sCPP)on growth per-formance,immune organs and serum antioxidant capacity of Hy-line brown laying chickens.Selenizing Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide was prepared by nitric acid-sodium selenite(HNO2-Na2SeO3)method,followed by a feeding trial one hundred and twenty 1-day-old Hy-line Brown layer chickens were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 5 chickens in each replicate after 7 d of pre-feeding for the formal experiment.The blank control group was fed the basal diet,the Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide(CPP)group was supplemented with 100 mg/kg CPP based on the basal diet,while the sCPP1,sCPP2,and sCPP3 groups were supplemented with 50,100,and 150 mg/kg sCPP,respectively.The Na2SeO3 group received a supplementation of 0.3 mg/kg Na2SeO3 in addition to the basal diet.The growth performance,immune organs indexes and serum antioxidant capacity of the chickens in different treatment groups were investigated during a pre-feeding period of 7 d and a positive test period of 28 d.The results showed as follows:① the opti-mum modification conditions were as follows:adding 300 mg sodium selenite per 500 mg polysaccharide,reaction temperature 90℃,reaction time 6 h,selenium content 3.97 mg/g.② Compared with blank control group,the average daily gain in sCPP3 group was significantly increased by 13.9%(P<0.05);Spleen index in sCPP2 group was significantly increased by 38.8%(P<0.05).The thymus index in sCPP1 and sCPP3 groups was significantly increased by 39.2%and 40.7%(P<0.05).③ Compared with CPP group and Na2SeO3 group,sCPP groups significantly increased the activities of T-AOC,SOD,CAT and GSH-Px of layer chickens(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the content of MDA(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 100-150 mg/kg of selenizing Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide to the diet can improves the growth performance of chickens and enhances their immune function and antioxidant capacity.
