槲皮素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的药理作用及机制研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Pharmacological Effects and Mechanisms of Quercetin in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种以持续性气流受限和慢性炎症为特征的常见呼吸系统疾病,目前临床尚缺乏可逆转病理损伤的治疗手段.槲皮素作为天然黄酮类化合物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、调节细胞稳态及改善气道重构等多重药理活性.本文系统综述了槲皮素治疗COPD的药理作用及机制,并总结了其在中药复方中的协同效应及药物递送系统临床转化的研究进展,提示槲皮素在COPD中具有多靶点治疗潜力.目前槲皮素的临床应用仍受限于其溶解性差、生物利用度低及稳定性不足等问题,未来需通过结构修饰、药物递送系统优化及多组学验证推动其向精准治疗策略转化.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common respiratory disorder characterized by persistent airflow limitation and chronic inflammation,with no clinically available treatments capable of reversing the pathological damage.Quercetin,a natural flavonoid compound,exhibits multiple pharmacological activities such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,regulation of cellular homeostasis,and improvement of airway remodeling.This article systematically reviews the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of quercetin in the treatment of COPD,summarizes its synergistic effects in traditional Chinese herbal formulations,and highlights recent advances in the clinical translation of nanodelivery systems.The findings suggest that quercetin holds multi-target therapeutic potential for COPD.At present,the clinical application remains limited by poor solubility,low bioavailability,and insufficient stability.Future efforts should focus on structural modification,drug delivery system optimization,and multi-omics validation to advance its transformation into precision therapeutic strategies.
