Research and Development of Error Prevention and Early Warning System for Time Calibration of LKJ Equipment
列车运行监控装置(LKJ)作为国内机车主用监控设备已在全路推广使用多年,在保障铁路运输安全方面发挥显著作用.LKJ时间是保障LKJ安全控车的关键因素,必须保证LKJ时间与标准时间一致,才能保证LKJ设备的安全运行,保障铁路行车安全.LKJ设备校时防错预警系统,针对LKJ校时作业存在的问题,通过研究无线接入点(Access Point,AP)、蓝牙等技术,实现对LKJ校时作业过程卡控,防范LKJ备机校时不成功、时间误差大等故障的发生,为铁路行车安全提供可靠技术支撑.
As the primary monitoring equipment for locomotives in China,the LKJ equipment has been widely deployed across the entire railway network for many years,playing a significant role in ensuring the safety of railway transportation.The synchronization of the LKJ time is a critical factor in the safe control of trains by the LKJ equipment.It is essential to ensure that the LKJ time is consistent with the standard time,so as to guarantee the safe operation of LKJ devices and ensure the safety of railway operations.The proposed error prevention and early warning system for the time calibration of the LKJ equipment addresses issues found in the LKJ time calibration process.By studying technologies such as wireless AP and Bluetooth,this research has achieved control over the LKJ time calibration process,preventing failures and hazards such as unsuccessful time calibration of standby LKJ devices and large time discrepancies,thereby providing reliable technical support for railway operation safety.
