Research on Automatic Generation Method for Wiring Diagram of Switch Control Circuit in Railway Signaling
研究一种基于图论的信号道岔控制电路配线图自动生成方法,主要是将信号设备、牵引道岔的转辙机作为图元模型,以图论为基础理论,实现转辙机控制电路的自动生成.基于ObjectARX的VC++和桌面数据库系统,Office的Access数据库管理系统,通过道岔控制电路的继电器、配线等逻辑关系、道岔控制电路定型图、配线定型图、对应的定型图库等,结合YOLOv5识别信号平面图中的转辙机数量、类型等作为输入条件,自动生成道岔控制电路侧面配线图,不仅准确性高,还不需要人工填写配线表,大幅缩短配线图绘制时间,提高效率.
In this paper,an automatic generation method for the wiring diagram of the switch control circuit in signaling systems based on the graph theory is studied.The main idea is that the signaling equipment,i.e.,the switch machine capable of switch throwing,is used as the graph element model,and the graph theory is used as the basic theory,to achieve the automatic generation of the switch control circuit.As VC++and desktop database system based on ObjectARX,the Access database management system of the Office suite utilizes the relay,wiring and other logical relations of the switch control circuit,the typical diagram of the switch control circuit,the typical diagram of the wiring,the corresponding typical diagram library,etc.,as well as the number and type of switch machines identified by the YOLOv5 algorithm from the signal plan as input conditions,to achieve the automatic generation of the side wiring diagram of the switch control circuit.This not only brings high accuracy,but also no longer requires manual input in the wiring table,thereby greatly shortening the drawing time of the wiring diagram and improving the work efficiency.
