熊蜂授粉与丽蚜小蜂联合应用对口感番茄品质及白粉虱防治效果的影响OA
Effects of Combined Application of Bumblebee Pollination and Encarsia formosa on the Quality and the Control Efficacy against Whiteflies of Flavorful Tomatoes
探讨熊蜂授粉与丽蚜小蜂联合应用对设施口感番茄果实品质及白粉虱防治效果的协同影响,以8种口感番茄品种为试材,在日光温室内设置处理组(熊蜂授粉+丽蚜小蜂释放)与对照组(人工激素蘸花+化学防治),对比分析2个处理下的番茄坐果率、畸形果率、单果质量、品质指标(番茄红素含量、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、糖酸比)及白粉虱成虫种群动态.结果表明:与对照组相比,联合处理显著或极显著提高了番茄坐果率(平均提高5.7%),并显著或极显著降低了畸形果率(平均降低5.6%);同时,联合处理提升了果实单果质量(平均增加6.10%)及品质,其中番茄红素含量、可溶性固形物含量和糖酸比平均分别显著提高6.14%、22.42%和19.75%.在害虫防治方面,释放丽蚜小蜂对白粉虱具有持续控制效果,生长末期校正防效达31.51%,防治效果较好.熊蜂授粉与丽蚜小蜂的联合应用能够协同实现设施口感番茄的"提质"与"控害"双重目标.
To investigate the synergistic effects of the combined application of bumblebee(Bombus terrestris)pollination and the parasitic wasp Encarsia formosa on both fruit quality and the control efficacy against the whitefly(Bemisia tabaci)of greenhouse-grown flavorful tomatoes,using eight flavorful tomato varieties as test materials,an experiment was conducted in greenhouses.Plants were divided into a treatment group(bumblebee pollination+E.formosa release)and a control group(manual hormone application+chemical control),and the two groups were compared and analyzed for fruit set rate,malformed fruit rate,average single fruit weight,quality indices(lycopene content,soluble solids content,titratable acidity content,sugar-acid ratio),and the population dynamics of adult whiteflies.The result showed that,compared with the control group,the combined treatment significantly or extremely significantly increased the tomato fruit set rate(by an average of 5.7%),and significantly or extremely significantly decreased the malformed fruit rate(by an average of 5.6%).Simultaneously,the combined treatment enhanced the average single fruit weight(by an average of 6.10%)and fruit quality.Specifically,the contents of lycopene and soluble solids,and the sugar-acid ratio were significantly increased by an average of 6.14%,22.42%and 19.75%,respectively.Regarding pest control,the release of E.formosa provided sustained suppression of whiteflies,achieving a corrected control efficacy of 31.51%by the end of the growth period,indicating satisfactory control effectiveness.The combined application of bumblebee pollination and E.formosa can synergistically achieve the dual objectives of'quality improvement'and'pest control'for greenhouse-produced flavorful tomatoes.
