为探究不同新型肥料对辣椒生长、品质和产量及栽培基质的影响,以'姣龙12'辣椒为试验材料,设置富勒烯(处理1)、格义微碳液肥(处理2)、西班牙微藻能量肥(处理3)及不施肥对照共4个处理,开展设施盆栽试验.结果表明:处理3和处理2对辣椒生长具有显著促进作用,其中,茎粗分别较对照显著增加23.3%和19.1%,叶绿素含量分别较对照显著提高4.1%和6.1%,但各处理间株高无显著性差异.在果实品质方面,各处理的可溶性固形物含量、可溶性膳食纤维含量和维生素C含量均表现为处理3>处理2>处理1>对照,其中,处理3分别为7.10%、40.4 g/kg和226.0 mg/kg,较对照分别显著提高19.7%、18.8%和11.7%.产量方面,处理3折合667 m2产量达1 302 kg,较对照显著增产24.7%,且显著优于处理1,但与处理2间差异不显著.各施肥处理均能缓解栽培基质的养分消耗,其中,处理3在提升有机质含量、碱解氮含量、速效钾含量、有效磷含量和全氮含量方面效果最为突出,分别较对照显著提升90.9%、36.8%、145.3%、15.6%和0.202百分点.综上,西班牙微藻能量肥能有效促进辣椒生长、显著提升果实品质与产量,并明显改善栽培基质养分状况,综合效果最优,可在辣椒生产中推荐应用.

To explore the effects of different new-type fertilizers on pepper growth,quality,yield and cultivation substrate,a pot experiment was conducted using the pepper variety'Jiaolong 12'.Four treatments were established including fullerene(Treatment 1),Geyi micro-carbon liquid fertilizer(Treatment 2),Spanish microalgae energy fertilizer(Treatment 3)and a no-fertilizer control.The results showed that Treatments 3 and Treatments 2 significantly promoted pepper growth,with stem diameters increasing by 23.3%and 19.1%compared to the control,respectively,and chlorophyll contents increasing by 4.1%and 6.1%,respectively.However,no significant differences in plant height were observed among treatments.In terms of fruit quality,the soluble solid content,soluble dietary fiber content and vitamin C content of treatments ranked as Treatment 3>Treatment 2>Treatment 1>control.Treatment 3 achieved the highest,reaching 7.10%,40.4 g/kg and 226.0 mg/kg,respectively,representing significant increases of 19.7%,18.8%and 11.7%compared to the control.In terms of yield,treatment 3 achieved a yield of 1 302 kg per 667 m2,representing a significant increase of 24.7%compared to the control,significantly outperforming treatment 1 but showing no significant difference from treatment 2.All fertilization treatments alleviated nutrient depletion in the cultivation substrate.Among them,treatment 3 was the most effective in enhancing organic matter content,hydrolyzable nitrogen content,available potassium content,available phosphorus content and total nitrogen content,with significant increases of 90.9%,36.8%,145.3%,15.6%and 0.202 percentage point compared to the control,respectively.In summary,the Spanish microalgae energy fertilizer effectively promotes pepper growth,significantly improves fruit quality and yield,and notably enhances the nutrient status of the cultivation substrate,demonstrating the best overall performance and thus can be recommended for application in pepper production.
