Research and Practice on Key Technologies for Retrofitting Construction of Signaling Projects
以某大型枢纽车站信号改造工程为研究对象,基于工程地质学、工程管理学、信号系统工程学等多学科理论,系统剖析改造过程中的5大核心技术难点——过轨管预埋冲突、电缆作业高风险、室外设备安装受限、室内配线复杂与软件换装频繁、施工质量控制的内在机理.针对各难点,结合建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术、材料力学、协同管理理论等,提出地质适应性优化、电缆全流程精细化管控、轨排同步安装等创新性技术对策,并通过理论验证与工程实践量化分析其有效性(如过轨管施工效率提升25%、电缆外皮损伤率降至0).研究构建的"调查-设计-施工-验证"4阶段系统方法论,填补边运营场景下信号改造工程精细化管理的理论空白,可为同类工程提供学术参考与实践范式,对提升国内铁路信号工程施工的学术化与系统化水平具有重要意义.
This paper examines the signaling system retrofitting project at a major hub station through a case study.Leveraging multi-disciplinary theories such engineering geology,engineering management,and signaling systems engineering,it systematically analyzes the intrinsic mechanisms of five core technical challenges encountered during the retrofitting process:pre-buried conduit conflicts,high-risk cable operations,constrained outdoor equipment installation,complex indoor wirings together with frequent software upgrades,and construction quality control.To address these challenges,innovative technical countermeasures are proposed,integrating Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology,material mechanics,and collaborative management theory.These countermeasures include geological-condition adapted optimization,full-process refined cable management,and synchronized track-panel installation techniques.The effectiveness of these solutions is quantitatively analyzed through theoretical validation and engineering practice(e.g.,by demonstrating the increase of pre-buried conduit installation efficiency by 25%and the reduction of cable sheath damage rate to 0%).Furthermore,this research establishes a systematic"Survey-Design-Build-Verify"four-stage system methodology.This framework addresses the theoretical gap in refined management for signaling system retrofitting projects under train operation scenarios.It serves as both an academic reference and a practical paradigm for similar projects,contributing significantly to advancing the academic rigor and systematic approach of engineering practices for railway signaling in China.
