课程思政视角下护理本科生综合心理素质的聚类分析与可视化研究OA
Cluster analysis and visualization research on comprehensive psychological quality of undergraduate nursing students from the perspective of curriculum ideological and politics
目的:探究护理本科生综合心理素质特征,并针对不同类型护理本科生提出相应的干预策略,为优化护理教育质量和促进人才全面发展提供新思路.方法:于2024年3月—7月选取广东省某全日制普通高校的744名护理本科生为研究对象.采用一般资料调查表、护理专业课程思政知信行问卷、护理本科生专业认同调查表、Jefferson共情量表-护生版、生命意义感量表、大学生学习倦怠调查量表进行调查.采用SPSS 26.0和Python软件处理数据,运用K-means算法进行聚类分析,绘制散点图进行可视化分析,结合不同类型护理本科生在综合心理素质的差异化,探讨不同类型护理本科生之间相关变量的关系.结果:护理本科生心理素质分为消极倦怠型(29.7%)、中庸平衡型(44.6%)和积极投入型(25.7%)3类.不同类型护理本科生在课程思政知信行、专业认同、学习倦怠、生命意义感和共情能力方面均存在显著差异(P<0.001).可视化分析结果显示,课程思政知信行与护理本科生的综合心理素质特征具有相关性(P<0.001).结论:不同类型护理本科生在课程思政知信行、专业认同、学习倦怠、生命意义感和共情能力方面存在差异.应针对不同类型护理本科生制定个性化的干预策略,以优化教学效果,促进护理人才的全面发展.
Objective:To explore the characteristics of comprehensive psychological quality in undergraduate nursing students and to propose corresponding intervention strategies for different types of nursing students,to provide new ideas for optimizing nursing education quality and promoting comprehensive talent development.Methods:From March to July 2024,744 full-time undergraduate nursing students from a regular university in Guangdong Province were selected as research subjects.General Information Questionnaire,Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Questionnaire on Nursing Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education,Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nursing Students,Jefferson Scale of Physician Empathy-Nursing Student Version,the Meaning in Life Questionnaire,Learning Burnout Scale for College Students were used to investigated.SPSS 26 and Python software were used to process data.K-means algorithm was applied for cluster analysis.Scatter plots were drawn for visualization analysis.The relationships among relevant variables between different types of nursing students were explored based on the differences in comprehensive psychological quality.Results:Undergraduate nursing students were categorized into three types:passive burnout type(29.7%),moderate balance type(44.6%),and active engagement type(25.7%).There were significant differences among different types of undergraduate nursing students in terms of curriculum ideological and politics knowledge-belief-behavior,professional identity,learning burnout,sense of meaning in life,and empathy(P<0.001).Visualization analysis showed that curriculum ideological and politics knowledge-belief-behavior was correlated with the comprehensive psychological characteristics of undergraduate nursing students(P<0.001).Conclusions:There are differences in curriculum ideological and politics knowledge-belief-behavior,professional identity,learning burnout,meaning in life and empathy among different types of nursing students.Personalized intervention strategies should be developed for different types of nursing students to optimize teaching effects and to promote the comprehensive development of nursing talents.
