橡胶补强填料的应用及研究进展OA
Application and research progress of rubber reinforcing fillers
大多数非结晶合成橡胶聚合物本身并不具有应用价值,必须加入补强填料性能才能达到应用要求,补强填料可以使橡胶的拉伸强度、耐磨性能、抗撕裂性能以及抗疲劳性能成倍提高.介绍了炭黑、白炭黑、石墨烯等橡胶补强填料的研究进展及其决定增强效果的影响因素.炭黑的卓越性能归功于它表面与烃类聚合物可以形成强烈相互作用;二氧化硅的优势是具有较低的滚动阻力,可以提高车辆的燃油经济性和降低排放;石墨烯展现出突破"魔三角"限制的潜力.并对橡胶补强填料的发展趋势进行了展望.
For most non-crystalline synthetic rubber polymers,the material itself lacks practical application value and requires the incorporation of reinforcing fillers to meet performance requirements.Reinforcing fillers can multiply the tensile strength,wear resistance,tear resistance,and fatigue resistance of rubber.This paper reviews the research progress of rubber reinforcing fillers such as carbon black,white carbon black,graphene,along with the factors that determine their reinforcing effects.The superior performance of carbon black is attributed to the strong interaction that is formed between its surface and hydrocarbon polymers.Silica features the advantage of low rolling resistance,which can improve vehicle fuel economy and reduce emissions.Graphene demonstrates the potential to break through the limitations of the"magic triangle".Furthermore,the development trends of rubber reinforcing fillers are prospected.
