基于"少阳为枢"理论探讨柴胡类方治疗甲状腺结节OA
Based on the Theory of"Shaoyang as the Pivot"to Explore the Treatment of Thyroid Nodules with Chaihu-Based Formulas
"少阳为枢"理论首见于《黄帝内经》,少阳为三阳之枢,枢转阳气,少阳枢机的正常运转则气血津液运行、脏腑功能协调得以维持;若不利,则气机不畅,气血瘀滞,津液代谢失常.甲状腺结节是内分泌系统临床常见疾病之一,在甲状腺结节的发病过程中,少阳枢机不利是关键病机.情志不畅、肝气郁结,致少阳枢机失于条达,气血津液运行不畅,痰瘀互结于颈前而发为甲状腺结节.治疗当以和解少阳,疏利枢机为主,临证运用柴胡类方,柴胡类方以和解少阳为主,使少阳枢机得以正常枢转,从而使结节消散.为临床辨治甲状腺结节提供新的视角与思路.
The theory of"Shaoyang as the pivot"was first seen in the"Huangdi Neijing".Shaoyang is the pivot of the three yang meridians,regulating the yang qi.The normal operation of the Shaoyang pivot ensures the smooth flow of qi,blood,and body fluids and the harmonious functioning of the internal organs.If it is not smooth,qi circulation will be blocked,blood and qi will stagnate,and the metabolism of body fluids will be abnormal.Thyroid nodules are one of the common diseases in the endocrine system.In the pathogenesis of thyroid nodules,the dysfunction of the Shaoyang pivot is the key pathogenesis.Emotional distress and liver Qi stagnation lead to the failure of the Shaoyang pivot to be unobstructed,resulting in the poor circulation of qi,blood,and body fluids,and the accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis in the neck,causing thyroid nodules.The treatment should focus on harmonizing Shaoyang and promoting the smooth operation of the pivot.In clinical practice,Chaihu-based formulas are used.Chaihu-based formulas mainly aim to harmonize Shaoyang,enabling the Shaoyang pivot to rotate normally and thus causing the nodules to dissipate.This provides a new perspective and approach for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules.
