针刺干预慢性疼痛抑郁共病的中西医诊疗机制与临床进展OA

Chronic pain,as one of the leading causes of disability worldwide,often manifests clinically as emotional disorders related to tissue damage that persist or recur for more than 3 months.It can interact and influence depressive emotions,forming a two-way vicious cycle that promotes each other.At present,the prevalence of chronic pain depression comorbidity(CDS)is in-creasing year by year,and its pathological mechanisms are complex and diverse,making it extremely difficult for clinical patients to receive treatment and prognosis.Numerous evidence-based studies have confirmed that acupuncture therapy,as a long-standing clinical practice,has significant relief effects on various types of pain disorders and can greatly improve emotional disor-ders such as anxiety and depression.Therefore,the author speculates that acupuncture therapy may have its unique advantages in the treatment of CDS.This article summarizes previous research on the mechanism of acupuncture therapy on CDS in both tradi-tional Chinese and western medicine.It was found that the pathological product of the mutual injury of form and spirit,phlegm and blood stasis,is highly correlated with inflammatory reactions.Acupuncture therapy can unblock the body's qi and blood,eliminate phlegm and blood stasis blockages,and thus regulate the neurotransmitter brain network endocrine system as a whole,effectively improving the condition of CDS patients.With the advancement of technology,it is necessary to further reveal the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for CDS in the future through modern medical technology,while promoting personalized and standardized traditional Chinese medicine treatment for CDS,and promoting a two-way treatment model combining Chinese and western medi-cine,ultimately achieving precise and systematic treatment of CDS.
