基于骨钙素调控探讨中医药防治骨质疏松症研究进展与分子机制OA

Research Progress and Molecular Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Osteoporosis Prevention and Treatment:Focus on Osteocalcin Regulation

骨钙素(Osteocalcin,OCN)作为成骨细胞特异性分泌蛋白,不仅是骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)诊断的生物标志物,其羧化修饰介导的"骨内分泌"效应更为代谢性骨病治疗提供了新靶点.文章检索PubMed、中国知网(CNKI)等数据库2000年1月—2025年4月的相关文献,针对"通路激活-OCN表达-骨量提升"表型,聚焦中医药调控OCN表达改善OP的分子机制.中医药多靶点调控OCN信号网络的特征与OP病理复杂性高度契合,但目前对OCN的实验大多聚焦表达量的改变,对其信号通路的精准调控机制仍需结合代谢组学、类器官模型等技术深入解析.文章通过综述相关文献,为中医药精准干预OP的研究提供思路和理论支撑.

Osteocalcin(OCN),as a specific secretory protein of osteoblasts,is not only a biomarker for diagnosing osteoporo-sis(OP),but its carboxylation-modulated"bone endocrine"effect also provides a new target for the treatment of metabolic bone diseases.This article retrieves relevant literature from databases such as PubMed and China National Knowledge Infrastruc-ture(CNKI)from January 2000 to April 2025,focusing on the"pathway activation-OCN expression-bone volume increase"phenotype,and concentrating on the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine regulating OCN expression to improve OP.The results show that the characteristics of multi-target regulation of OCN signaling network by traditional Chinese medicine are highly consistent with the complexity of OP pathology.However,most current experiments on OCN mainly focus on changes in expression levels,and the precise regulatory mechanism of its signaling pathway still needs to be deeply analyzed by combining metabolomics,organoid models,and other technologies.This article provides ideas and theoretical support for the research of pre-cise intervention of OP by traditional Chinese medicine through reviewing such literature.
