乙烯环氧化反应中高比表面积、高通透性银催化剂载体研究OA
Silver catalyst support with high specific surface area and high permeability for ethylene epoxidation reaction
为了开发乙烯环氧化反应中高比表面积、高通透性银催化剂载体,以新型含铝前体(氢氧化铝)、新型造孔剂(含碳物质)为研究对象,采用XRD、比表面分析仪、强度测试仪、SEM、压汞仪、TG-DSC等手段研究新型含铝前体和新型造孔剂对银催化剂载体性能的影响,并通过乙烯环氧化反应评价银催化剂催化性能.实验结果表明,新型含铝前体及新型造孔剂的添加能够提高载体比表面积、渗透性及通透性,还可提高氧化铝片层的规整度,由此载体制备的银催化剂在乙烯环氧化反应中表现很高的催化性能.
To develop a silver catalyst support with high specific surface area and high permeability for the ethylene epoxidation reaction,new types of aluminum containing precursor(aluminium hydroxide)and pore forming agent(containing carbon)were taken as the research objects.XRD,a specific surface area analyzer,a strength tester,SEM,a mercury porosimeter,and TG-DSC were employed to study the effects of the new aluminum containing precursor and pore forming agent on the performance of the silver catalyst support.The catalytic performance of the silver catalyst was evaluated using the ethylene epoxidation reaction.The research results indicate that the addition of the new types of aluminum containing precursor and pore forming agent can increase the specific surface area and permeability of the support,as well as improve the regularity of the alumina layer.As a result,the silver catalyst prepared with the support exhibits high catalytic performance in the ethylene epoxidation reaction.
