负载型铈锰催化剂催化氧化三氯甲烷的载体效应OA

Support effect in catalytic oxidation of trichloromethane over supported Ce-Mn catalysts

以HZSM-5 和γ-Al2O3 为载体制备了负载型Ce-Mn催化剂,利用SEM、XRD、XPS、NH3-TPD、N2 吸附-脱附等方法对催化剂进行了表征,同时以三氯甲烷催化氧化反应作为探针反应,考察了催化剂的催化氧化性能.实验结果表明,与 12Ce-8Mn/Al2O3 相比,12Ce-8Mn/HZSM-5 的HCl选择性接近理论值并能连续稳定运行 8 h无失活,综合性能更优.12Ce-8Mn/HZSM-5 表面具有更高的Ce3+和Mn4+的含量,以及更高的羟基氧的比例,使其具有更强的氧化能力,同时,它还具有更强的B酸性,可为含氯有机中间体提供质子,促进HCl的生成,因此表现出高HCl选择性.

Supported Ce-Mn catalysts were prepared using HZSM-5 and γ-Al2O3 as supports.The catalysts were characterized by SEM,XRD,XPS,NH3-TPD,and N2 adsorption-desorption,and their catalytic activity was evaluated through the catalytic oxidation of trichloromethane as a probe reaction.Experimental results show that compared with 12Ce-8Mn/Al2O3,the 12Ce-8Mn/HZSM-5 catalyst exhibits HCl selectivity close to the theoretical value and maintains stable operation for 8 h without deactivation,demonstrating superior overall performance.The stronger oxidation capability of 12Ce-8Mn/HZSM-5 is attributed to its higher surface concentrations of Ce3+and Mn4+species,as well as a greater proportion of hydroxyl oxygen.Additionally,the stronger B acidity of 12Ce-8Mn/HZSM-5 facilitates to provide protons for chlorinated organic intermediates,thereby promoting HCl formation and resulting in high HCl selectivity.
