采用湿法造粒法制备了FeK及FeKCe复合氧化物催化剂,利用原位XRD,FTIR,Raman等表征技术研究了CeO2 对乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯的促进作用.实验结果表明,CeO2 的引入可以显著提高催化剂的乙苯脱氢催化活性,但会降低苯乙烯的选择性;CeO2 不仅能够抑制钾迁移,促进KFeO2 活性相的形成,还可促进乙苯脱氢反应的正向移动,并使FeKCe复合氧化物催化剂的诱导期显著缩减;反应过程中催化剂表面吸附物种主要是反应生成的苯乙烯,CeO2 改性使得FeKCe复合氧化物催化剂具有更强的生成苯乙烯的能力.

The FeK and FeKCe composite oxide catalysts were prepared by wet granulation method.The promoting effects of CeO2 on ethylbenzene dehydrogenation were systematically investigated using in situ characterization techniques such as XRD,FTIR,and Raman spectroscopy.The experiment results reveal that the introduction of CeO2 substantially improves the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation activity of the catalyst but diminishes the selectivity for styrene formation.CeO2 not only suppresses potassium migration and facilitates the formation of the KFeO2 active phase,but also significantly promotes the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction,and greatly shortens the induction period of the FeKCe catalyst.The main adsorbed surface species on the catalyst in the reaction is produced styrene.CeO2 modification promotes styrene generation in the presence of the FeKCe catalyst.
