深度神经肌肉阻滞对腹腔镜手术影响的研究进展OA

The use of deep neuromuscular blockade(NMB)in laparoscopic surgery is receiving growing interest as a no-vel management strategy.Compared with traditional moderate NMB,deep NMB provides superior relaxation of the abdominal wall muscles.This allows for a reduction in pneumoperitoneum pressure and improves surgical conditions.Consequently,in specific procedures such as prostatectomy and laparoscopic proctocolectomy,deep NMB can reduce complications and pro-mote patient recovery.However,deep NMB does not provide significant clinical benefits in obese patients,and its routine use in this population remains debated.This article reviews the impact of deep NMB on intraoperative factors(surgical con-ditions,pneumoperitoneum pressure,and respiratory management)and postoperative outcomes in laparoscopic surgery.We summarize current progress,address ongoing controversies,and discuss future research directions,aiming to inform clinical anesthesia and surgical practice.
