基于视觉与建模的乘员姿态识别及损伤研究OA

道路交通安全问题是全球最严峻的公共安全问题之一,乘员的驾驶姿态对碰撞损伤具有显著影响.基于此,提出一种融合视觉感知与仿真建模的乘员姿态识别及重建方法:借助车载相机采集乘员图像,运用OpenPose模型提取姿态信息并将其转换为关节角度,进而驱动MADYMO多刚体模型开展正面碰撞仿真,以获取损伤数据.研究结果表明,正常驾驶、前倾和后仰3类姿态的识别置信度均高于0.8,且头部损伤指标HIC15和胸部压缩量呈现出明显差异.为未来驾驶员监测与主动安全技术的融合提供了理论技术支撑.

Road traffic safety is a critical global public safety issue,and driver postures have a significant impact on crash injuries.Therefore this study proposes a driver posture recognition and reconstruction method that integrates visual perception and simulation modeling.Specifically,in-vehicle cameras are used to capture occupant images,after which the OpenPose model extracts posture information and converts it into joint angles.These angles then drive the Madymo multi-body model to conduct frontal crash simulations and obtain injury data.The results show that the recognition confidence for three posture types(normal driving,forward-leaning,and reclined)exceeds 0.8,and significant differences are observed in the 15-ms head injury criterion(HIC15)and chest compression values.This study provides theoretical and technical support for the future integration of driver monitoring and active safety technologies.
