Effect of AEB Braking Profiles on Occupant Displacement Kinematics

为科学、合理地设置制动-碰撞一体化测评工况中的制动减速度曲线,提出一种"时域内等效"的曲线简化方法.从24款实车测试曲线中提取制动强度和制动曲线斜率的特征范围,结合THOR与THUMS的仿真试验,分析制动曲线特征对驾驶员离位响应的影响.研究结果表明,AEB曲线制动强度减小显著降低乘员最大离位量和稳态阶段离位量;制动曲线斜率同样影响最大离位量,但不影响稳态阶段离位量;曲线斜率对不同乘员模型的离位到达稳态时间存在差异,其中,对THOR假人达到稳态阶段时间影响较小,对THUMS人体模型的离位响应影响更明显.该方法可为制动-碰撞一体化测评的试验减速度曲线设置提供理论依据.

To scientifically and rationally establish the braking deceleration profiles for integrated braking-collision assessment scenarios,this study proposes a curve simplification method based on"temporal equivalence".Characteristic ranges of braking intensity and braking curve slope were extracted from test data of 24 real vehicles.Combined with simulation tests using the THOR dummy and the THUMS human body model,the influence of braking profile characteristics on driver displacement response was analyzed.The results show that reducing the braking intensity of the AEB curve significantly decreases both the maximum occupant displacement and the steady-state displacement.While the braking curve slope also affects the maximum displacement,it has no impact on the steady-state displacement.The influence of the curve slope on the time required for displacement to reach a steady state varies between occupant models.It has a minimal effect on the THOR dummy,but a significant effect on the displacement response of the THUMS human model.This method provides a theoretical basis for setting test deceleration profiles in integrated braking-collision assessments.
