回顾全球碰撞测试假人技术发展趋势,重点探讨国内突破技术垄断过程中的进展与挑战.以技术自主与产业化为导向,系统梳理了其在系列化生物力学假人、行人保护人体模型及数字化假人等领域的全面技术突破与产业化成果,展现了从依赖进口到自主创新的跨越.通过国内部分假人制造商假人国产化的实践,验证了国产假人技术路径的可行性,为行业提供了涵盖模块化开发、标准建设与产学研协同的重要经验.基于此,进一步提出发展数字孪生、覆盖多元人群体征及适配新场景,军事装备测试等未来方向与策略,为中国汽车安全技术的自主发展和多元领域装备研发提供实践借鉴与路径参考.

This paper reviews the global development trends in crash-test dummy technology,and focuses on the progress and challenges China faces in breaking technological monopolies.Guided by the objectives of technological independence and industrialization,the paper systematically outlines the comprehensive technological breakthroughs and industrial achievements in the fields of serialized biomechanical dummies,Chinese anthropometric dummies,and digital dummies,demonstrating the leap from import dependence to independent innovation.The practical experience of Saifu verifies the feasibility of the domestic technology path and provides the industry with valuable insights into modular development,standardization,and industry-academia-research collaboration.On this basis,the paper proposes future directions such as developing digital twins,incorporating anthropometric data from diverse populations and adapting to new scenarios,as well as expanding into military equipment testing.These initiatives aim to provide practical references and strategic guidance for the independent development of China's automotive safety technology and multi-domain equipment R&D.
