体表引流系统在慢性窦道创面换药中的效果分析OA

目的 探讨体表引流系统在慢性窦道创面换药中的优势,为临床同类创面治疗提供参考.方法 便利选取2022年9月至2023年12月就诊于金山医院创面中心的62例慢性窦道创面患者,随机分为试验组(n=31)和对照组(n=31).每次换药创面清洗阶段,试验组使用体表引流系统,对照组使用传统20 mL针筒连接吸痰管冲洗.比较两组患者入组首次、入组4周和8周的创面渗出液重量、窦道深度、疼痛程度及心率.结果 入组首次评估时,两组患者的创面渗出液重量、窦道深度、疼痛程度及心率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);入组4周和8周时,试验组的创面渗出液重量轻于对照组、窦道深度浅于对照组,入组8周时试验组疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).两组患者的创面渗出液重量、窦道深度和疼痛程度随时间推移均呈下降趋势,入组4周和8周时创面换药时的心率低于入组首次,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 在慢性窦道创面换药清洗阶段,使用体表引流系统能更有效控制创面渗液,促进肉芽生长,减轻患者疼痛感.

Objective To explore the advantages of a body surface drainage bag system in dressing changes for chronic wounds with sinus tracts,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of similar wounds.Methods A total of 62 patients who had chronic wounds with sinus tracts and visited the Wound Center of Jinshan Hospital from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected by convenience sampling.They were randomly divided into the test group(n=31)and the control group(n=31).During debridement of each dressing change,the test group used the body surface drainage bag system,while the control group used a traditional 20 mL syringe connected to a suction tube for irrigation.The wound exudate weight,sinus tract depth,pain degree and heart rate were compared between the two groups at initial assessment,Week 4 and Week 8 of enrollment,respectively.Results At initial assessment,there was no statistically significant difference in wound exudate weight,sinus tract depth,pain degree or heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).At Weeks 4 and 8,the test group showed significantly lower wound exudate weight and significantly shallower sinus tracts than the control group;at Week 8,the test group showed significantly lower pain degree than the control group(P<0.05 for all).The wound exudate weight,sinus tract depth and pain degree decreased over time in both groups.During wound dressing changes at Weeks 4 and 8,the heart rate was statistically lower than at initial assessment(P<0.05 for both).Conclusion During debridement of each dressing change for chronic wounds with sinus tracts,the body surface drainage bag system more effectively controls wound exudate,promotes granulation tissue growth,and reduces patient pain.
