中医系统论原理在治疗气血两虚型动眼神经麻痹中的应用OA

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)system theory is a modern theory based on the cross-disciplinary research of TCM and system science,which is used to solve the increasingly complex problems related to multi-system,multi-factor,and multi-pathogenesis in modern clinical practice.This article syste-matically expounds the organic and functional principles of TCM system theory,pointing out that the organic principle emphasizes the interaction and overall correlation between various elements inside and outside the human body system,while the functional principle reveals the dynamic process of diseases from functional disorders to structural changes.This article takes oculomotor nerve palsy of"qi and blood deficiency"type as an example,combines the method of systematic sphygmology for pattern differentiation and analyzes the process flow of the patient from qi and blood depletion to loss of meridian nourishment and ultimately leading to abnormal ocular function.It explores the pathogenesis of abnormal function of A-structural abnormality-abnormal function of B,and emphasizes the core of overall tonification of qi and blood and regulation of function A in the treatment in combination with therapeutic methods such as strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness,warming the meridians and unblocking the collaterals,it achieves functional repair from the overall to the local level.It aims to demonstrate the advantages of TCM systems theory in analyzing the mechanisms of complex diseases and guiding systematic treatment,providing theoretical and clinical references for modern TCM in dealing with complex diseases involving multiple systems and factors.
