Guidelines for Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Depressive Disorders
抑郁障碍以持久的心境低落为主要特征,患病率高、复发率高、致残率高.中医药治疗抑郁障碍的目标包括提高治愈率、生存质量和预防复发,强调全面重视躯体和心理因素.然而,中医药对抑郁障碍的诊疗指南多从脏腑辨证入手,对心理紊乱状态的诊疗研究尚不充分.因此,本团队结合临床实际与专家讨论,给出并优化中医药治疗抑郁障碍的措施,达成专家共识,以期更好地为临床医生合理、安全指南中医治疗提供参考,提高抑郁障碍患者的治愈率,促进抑郁障碍患者的快速康复.
Depressive disorders are mainly characterized by persistent depressed mood,with a high prevalence,recurrence rate and disability rate.The goals of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating depressive disorders include improving the cure rate,quality of life and preventing recurrence,emphasizing comprehensive attention to both physical and psychological factors.However,the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for depressive disorders in TCM mostly start from the differentiation of zang-fu organs,while the research on the diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders is still insufficient.Therefore,our team,based on clinical practice and through discussions with experts,has proposed and optimized measures for the treatment of depressive disorders with TCM and reached an expert consensus,in order to provide a better reference for clinicians to rationalize and standardize TCM treatment,so as to improve the cure rate of patients with depressive disorders and promote the rapid recovery of patients with depressive disorders.
