酸枣三个新品种及野生种叶的性状及显微鉴别研究OA
Study on Morphological and Microscopic Identification of Leaves from Three New Varieties and Wild Species of Ziziphus Jujuba Var.Spinosa
目的:对酸枣三个新品种(朴丰1号、朴丰2号、朴酸6号)及野生种的叶片进行性状及显微鉴别研究,为其鉴别和开发利用提供参考.方法:采用性状鉴别法、微性状鉴别法及显微鉴别法观察和比较酸枣三个新品种及野生种叶片特征.结果:性状及微性状鉴别显示,酸枣三个新品种及野生种的叶片在叶形、质地、叶脉被毛、托叶形态等方面存在明显差异.横切面显微鉴别显示,酸枣叶的主脉及侧脉突出情况、维管束特征、黏液腔数量等表现出明显不同.叶表皮显微鉴别显示,栅表比、脉岛数、气孔密度等指数在多数品种间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).粉末显微鉴别中均可见非腺毛、草酸钙簇晶、导管等特征,但其大小与分布存在差异.结论:性状、微性状及显微鉴别方法能够有效区分酸枣三个新品种及野生种,可为新品种酸枣的鉴定与资源开发提供科学依据.
Objective:To conduct morphological and microscopic identification of leaves from three new varieties(Pufeng No.1,Pufeng No.2,Pusuan No.6)and the wild species of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa,and to provide a reference for their identification,development and utilization.Methods:Morphological,micro-morphological and microscopic identification methods were adopted to observe and compare the leaf characte-ristics of the three new varieties and wild species of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa.Results:Morphological and micromorphological identification showed that there were significant differences in leaf shape,texture,pubescence on leaf veins,and stipule mor-phology among the three new varieties and the wild species of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa.Trans-verse section microscopic identification revealed obvious differences in the prominence of main and lateral veins,vascular bundle characteristics,and the number of mucilage cavities of the leaves.Leaf epidermis microscopic identification indicated that indices such as palisade-to-epidermis ratio,vein islet number,and stomatal density showed statistically significant differences among most varieties(P<0.05).In powder microscopic identification,non-glandular hairs,calcium oxalate cluster crystals,and vascular bundles were observed in all samples,but their sizes and distributions varied.Conclusions:Morphological,micromorphological and microscopic identification methods can effectively distinguish the three new varieties from the wild species of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa,which can provide a scientific basis for the identification and resource development of new varieties of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa.
