基于一气周流理论论治失眠OA

Based on HUANG Yuanyu's theory of"qi circulation"and Peng Ziyi's theory of"circular move-ment of qi",this paper grasps the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia from an overall perspective.It holds that the core pathogenesis of insomnia lies in the failure of spleen(Ji Tu)to ascend,stomach(Wu Tu)to descend,dysfunction of the middle energizer as the hub,stagnation of qi movement,disharmony of stomach qi,insufficiency of qi and blood production,which fails to nourish the heart,leading to restlessness of the mind.Meanwhile,without blood to soften and nourish the liver,the liver loses its tenderness.The acquired foundation cannot nourish the innate foundation,so kidney essence cannot ascend to the heart,resulting in discordance between heart and kidney,disharmony of Zang-Fu organs,and failure of spirit to be housed internally,thus causing insomnia.Based on the mode of qi circulation and combined with clinical practice,this paper discusses the treatment of in-somnia,and puts forward the therapeutic principles of invigorating the spleen to replenish the source and regulating the middle energizer,supporting metal to suppress wood and regulating qi movement,reducing heart fire and tonifying kidney yin to coordinate heart and kidney.On this basis,the self-formulated Chaigui Anshen Decoction(柴归安神方)is proposed to soothe the liver and nourish blood,and strengthen the middle energizer and spleen,providing a new concept for clinical treatment of insomnia.
