本文回顾了美国环保署(EPA)自20世纪90年代末开始内分泌干扰物筛查项目的发展历史和当前EPA对内分泌干扰物管理的短期策略以及农药管理中对内分泌干扰筛查的现状.介绍了EPA的内分泌干扰物评价方法和计算毒理学工具在内分泌干扰物筛查中的应用.提出了我国未来内分泌干扰物管理的建议.
This paper reviews the development of the U.S.Environmental Protection Agency's(EPA)Endocrine Disruptor Screening Program(EDSP)launched in the late 1990s,as well as EPA's near-term strategies for endocrine disruptor management and the current status of endocrine disruptor screening in pesticide regulation.It introduces EPA's endocrine disruptor evaluation methods and the application of computational toxicology tools in endocrine disruptor screening.The paper also provides suggestions for improving the future management of endocrine disruptors in China.
