花键作为动力传动的核心元件,在现代机械装备中具有不可替代的关键作用.10CrNi2Mo3Cu2V钢因其优异的高强度、高韧性与耐磨性,成为高性能花键制造的重要材料,其磨削加工质量直接影响花键的服役性能、可靠性与寿命.研究磨削过程中磨削力与磨削温度的变化规律,对实现工艺优化、质量控制和效率提升具有重要意义.本文系统研究了砂轮类型、工件速度、磨削深度及砂轮速度等工艺参数对10CrNi2Mo3Cu2V钢磨削力的影响,并进而基于磨削力试验,分析了这些参数对磨削温度的影响规律.研究成果不仅对花键磨削机理研究具有参考价值,也为该材料在精密制造中的工程应用提供了理论依据与实践指导.

As a core component of power transmission,the spline plays an irreplaceable key role in modern mechanical equipment.10CrNi2Mo3Cu2V steel,with its excellent high strength,high toughness,and wear resistance,has become an important material for the manufacture of high-performance splines.The grinding quality directly affects the service performance,reliability,and lifespan of the spline.Studying the variation laws of grinding force and grinding tempera-ture during the grinding process is of great significance for achieving process optimization,quality control,and efficiency improvement.This paper systematically studies the effects of process parameters such as grinding wheel type,workpiece speed,grinding depth,and grinding wheel speed on the grinding force of 10CrNi2Mo3Cu2V steel.Furthermore,based on the grinding force experiments,the influence of these parameters on grinding temperature is analyzed.The research results not only provide reference value for the study of spline grinding mechanism but also offer theoretical basis and practical guidance for the engineering application of this material in precision manufacturing.
