圆捆包夹持机构的设计与试验OA
Design and experiment of the clamping mechanism for round bales
针对圆捆包的快速装卸和短途运输需求,设计了一种夹持机构,该机构可与铲车快速铰链连接,对圆捆包完成抓取和移动功能.采用SolidWorks软件进行整体三维建模,并利用Solid Works软件中的Simulation功能对关键部件进行静应力分析,得出结果:最大应力1.542 ×102 N/mm2、最大变形量0.601 1 mm,能够满足需求.对该机构试制后进行试验,试验结果表明,该机构工作时无开焊、断裂现象,2次装卸效率分别为127包/h和130.3包/h,满足圆捆包夹持的设计要求.
To address the requirements of rapid loading/unloading and short-distance transportation of round bales,a clamping mechanism was designed.This mechanism can be quickly connected to a forklift via a hinge and is capable of grabbing and moving round bales.SolidWorks software was used for overall 3D modeling,and the Simulation module in SolidWorks was utilized to conduct static stress analysis on key components.The results show that the maximum stress is 1.542 × 102 N/mm2 and the maximum deformation is 0.601 1 mm,which can meet the operational requirements.A pro-totype of the mechanism was manufactured and tested.Test results indicate that the mechanism exhibited no welding fail-ure or fracture during operation,with loading and unloading efficiencies of 127 bales/h and 130.3 bales/h in two sepa-rate test runs,respectively meeting the design requirements for the clamping of round bales.
