基于WEAP-MODFLOW耦合模型的泾惠渠灌区水资源系统韧性评估OA
Resilience assessment of water resources system in Jinghuiqu Irrigation District based on WEAP-MODFLOW coupled model
分析量化灌区水资源系统韧性,可以为灌区抗旱规划和旱灾风险管理奠定基础,对合理调整灌区农业种植结构、供水顺序,缓解水资源供需矛盾,促进农业生产具有重要意义.通过引入水资源系统韧性的概念,基于WEAP—MODFLOW耦合模型,定量计算了灌区水资源系统应对干旱时的韧性,提出了一种评估灌区抗旱能力的新方法,考虑灌区水资源系统从干旱状态中恢复的能力,完善了以往韧性量化在恢复能力评价方面的不足.以陕西省泾惠渠灌区为例,基于WEAP-MODFLOW构建了灌区水资源系统模型,对灌区 24 个子区域的韧性进行了定量计算,并考虑多个情景对各子区域韧性提升策略进行了分析.结果表明:灌区水资源系统韧性主要与区域供水优先级和土地利用相关,不同区域对韧性提升措施敏感度不同,应采用有针对性的韧性提升策略.在雨季充分利用地表水、干旱时段充分利用地下水可以整体提升灌区的韧性,区域韧性提升了最高 30%,分别为地表水优先供水方式和地下水优先供水方式的 1.92 倍和 1.67 倍.不同子区域对于韧性提升策略的敏感性不同,在韧性较低的子区域中提升率较高,在研究情景中增长率差异最高为 15%.通过灌区水资源系统韧性评估可以识别脆弱子区域,分析韧性提升策略的有效性,有助于韧性提升方案的制定,从而为灌区水资源规划工作提供决策支持.
Analyzing and quantifying the resilience of water resource systems in irrigation areas can lay the foundation for drought planning and drought risk management.It is of great significance to rational adjustment of agricultural planting structures and water supply sequences in irrigation areas,alleviating the contradiction between water supply and demand contradiction,and promoting agricultural produc-tion.By introducing the concept of water resources systems resilience,based on the WEAP-MODF-LOW coupling model,the resilience of the irrigation area's water resources system in response to drought was quantitatively calculated,and a new method was proposed for assessing the drought resist-ance of the irrigation area,which took into account the ability of the irrigation area's water resources system to recover from drought conditions,and improved the shortcomings of resilience quantification in the evaluation of resilience in the past.Taking the Jinghuiqu Irrigation District in Shaanxi Province as an example,the water resources system model of the irrigation district was constructed based on WEAP-MODFLOW,and the resilience of 24 sub-regions in the irrigation district was quantitatively calculated,and the resilience improvement strategies of each sub-region were analyzed considering multiple scenarios.The results show that the resilience of water resources system in irrigation districts is mainly related to regional water supply priority and land use.Different regions have different sensitivi-ties to resilience enhancement measures,and targeted resilience enhancement strategies should be a-dopted.The resilience of the irrigation areas can be improved by up to 30%by making full use of sur-face water in the rainy season and groundwater in the dry period,The regional resilience improvement rate is 1.92 times and 1.67 times that of the surface water priority and groundwater supply methods,re-spectively.Different sub-regions have different sensitivities to resilience improvement strategies.The improvement rate is higher in the sub-regions with lower resilience,and the difference in growth rate in the research scenario is up to 15%.Through the water resource system resilience assessment of the irri-gation area,vulnerable sub-regions can be identified,and the effectiveness of the resilience improve-ment strategies can be analyzed,and the formulation of resilience improvement plans can be developed,thereby providing decision-making support for the water resources planning of the irrigation areas.
