分级条件及颗粒粒级对新疆煤气化渣水流分级提炭的影响OA
Effect of classification conditions and particle size on carbon-ash separation of Xinjiang coal gasification slag by water-flow classifier
针对传统浮选存在药剂消耗量大等问题,采用无需添加药剂、通过上升水流和叶轮搅拌协同作用的新型水流分级装置,对煤气化渣进行提炭分质.考察了叶轮转速、水流速对新疆煤水煤浆气化粗渣水流分级提炭的影响规律,获得了优选提炭条件,进一步探讨了筛分得到的不同粒级粗渣水流分级提炭及其产品组成特性.结果表明:随着水流分级装置叶轮转速和水流速的增加,浮渣产率增加、尾渣产率降低,浮渣烧失量、综合效率先上升后下降,而尾渣烧失量持续下降至7.35%.优选条件下,粗渣水流分级提炭得到了烧失量为84.95%的富炭产品,且可燃体回收率达38.04%,分选综合效率达36.84%.湿法筛分可实现对煤气化粗渣中残炭的预分离富集,进一步对不同粒级产品水流分级,其提炭分质的可燃体回收率与效率均高于粗渣直接水流分级的可燃体回收率与效率.先筛分再水流分级所得浮渣烧失量随粒级减小而降低,但结构分析表明,浮渣、尾渣颗粒的密度、比表面积和孔体积等特性均有显著差异.本研究表明水流分级装置可实现煤气化渣的高效提炭分质.
Based on the problems of large consumption of reagents and low separation effi-ciency of carbon-ash in traditional flotation,a new type of water-flow classifier is developed to extract and separate the carbon from coal gasification coarse slag(CGCS)by the synergistic effect of rising water-flow and impeller speed without reagent addition.The effects of impeller speed and water velocity on the water-flow classifier and carbon-ash separation performance of Xinjiang coal-water slurry gasification coarse slag were investigated,and the optimal conditions were obtained.The sepa-rated product characteristics of CGCS with different particle sizes obtained by wet screening were fur-ther discussed.The results show that with the increase of impeller speed and water velocity,the yield of floated slag increases,the yield of sunk slag decreases,the loss on ignition(LOI)of floated slag and comprehensive efficiency increases first and then decreases,while the loss on ignition of sunk slag decreases continuously to 7.35%.In the optimized conditions,the carbon-rich product with a loss on ignition of 84.95%is obtained,at which the combustibles recovery rate is 38.04%,and the compre-hensive efficiency is 36.84%.The carbon-ash separation can be further realized by water-flow classi-fier of CGCS with different particle sizes,and the loss on ignition of the obtained floated slag decreases with the decrease of particle size.However,the structural analysis shows that the density,specific surface area,and pore volume of the floating slag and sunk slag particles are significantly dif-ferent.The products with the enrichment of carbon can be obtained by wet screening of CGCS,and after further water-flow classified,the combustible recovery rate and efficiency are higher than that of the CGCS directly subjected to water-flow classification.The LOI of the floated slag from screening followed by water-flow classification decreases with the decrease of particle size,and the structural analysis shows that the density,specific surface area,and pore volume of floated slag and sunk slag are significantly different.This study shows that the water-flow classifier can realize efficient carbon-ash separation of CGCS.
