高静压粉煤成型条件对制备型焦质量的影响OA

利用高静压粉煤成型技术将粉煤制成高密度型煤炼制型焦,可以扩大炼焦煤源,减少高黏结性煤使用量,降低焦炭生产成本.以型焦反应性(PRI)、反应后强度(PSR)及冷态强度为主要质量指标,利用前述成型技术研究了粉煤成型过程中水分、配合煤细度和成型压力对型焦质量的影响,结果表明:在同一配煤方案下,成型压力为15 MPa、细度为73%,水分为6%~14%时,PRI随水分的增大呈先下降后上升趋势,在水分为8%时达到最小值,PSR和冷态强度随水分的增大均呈先上升后下降的趋势,在水分为8%时分别达到最大值;在同一配煤方案下,成型压力为10 MPa、水分为8%,配合煤细度为53%~93%时,PRI随配合煤细度的增大呈先下降后上升趋势,细度为73%时达到最小值,PSR随配合煤细度的增大呈先上升后下降的趋势,在细度为83%时达到最大值,型焦冷态强度随配合煤细度增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势;在六种不同配煤方案下,水分为8%、细度为83%、成型压力为0.1 MPa~40 MPa时,六种配煤方案得到的型焦的PRI均随成型压力的增大呈先下降后上升的趋势,在30 MPa时均达到最小值,PSR均随成型压力的增大呈先上升后下降的趋势,在30 MPa时均达到最大值,型焦冷态强度均随成型压力增大呈上升趋势.从型煤密度、型焦气孔率和微晶参数等方面探讨了成型压力变化引起型焦强度变化的原因.

Using high static pressure pulverized coal molding technology to make pulverized coal into a high-density briquette for coking can expand the source of coking coals,reduce the use of strongly caking coal and lower the cost of coke production.Taking coke reactivity index(PRI),coke strength after reaction(PSR)and cold strength as the main quality indices,the effects of moisture,coal fineness and molding pressure on the quality of formed coke during pulverized coal molding were investigated using the aforementioned molding techniques.It is found that under the same coal blend-ing scheme,when the forming pressure is 15 MPa and fineness is 73%,PRI first decreases and then increases with increasing moisture in the range of 6%‒14%,reaching a minimum at 8%moisture.PSR and cold strength both increase initially and then decrease with increasing moisture,with maxi-mum values obtained at 8%moisture.In the same coal blending scheme,when the molding pressure is 10 MPa and the moisture is 8%,PRI first decreases and then increases as the coal fineness increases from 53%to 93%,reaching a minimum at a fineness of 73%.PSR exhibits an opposite trend,increasing first and then decreasing,with a maximum at a fineness of 83%,while the cold strength of the formed coke shows a similar trend.In six different coal blending schemes,at a mois-ture of 8%and a fineness of 83%,the PRI of coke decreases first and then increases with increasing forming pressure in the range of 0.1 MPa‒40 MPa,reaching a minimum at 30 MPa.PSR shows the opposite trend and reaches a maximum at 30 MPa,whereas the cold strength of coke continuously increases with forming pressure.The variation in coke strength with forming pressure is discussed in terms of briquette density,coke porosity and crystallite parameters.
