Land change surveys are crucial for national economic and social development,as the accuracy of land parcel classification directly impacts the effectiveness of survey results.This paper analyzes common errors in land parcel classification during surveys,aiming to improve survey efficiency and accuracy.For agricultural land changes,newly added cultivated land must meet specific cultivation conditions and crop requirements,while forestland and grassland cannot be classified as cultivated land without restoration measures.Degradation of cultivated land is influenced by soil quality,environmental pollution,and natural or human factors,requiring comprehensive assessment.Agroforestry and perennial crop classifications affect land planning and overall benefits,while overlapping photovoltaic panel parcels must be identified in accordance with regulations to avoid data interference.For construction land changes,rural homestead demolitions should involve parcel division based on actual use,and completed road classifications must be surveyed and handled in accordance with standards;factory-based cultivation land shall be managed in accordance with the specified layers.For unused land changes,the determination of water area boundaries relies on water level interpretation;on-site current situation verification avoids image misclassification,and cross-category plots shall be surveyed by division based on actual conditions.Drawing on extensive survey experience across multiple regions,the authors'unit summarizes and analyzes various issues to provide references for land change surveys,ensure the accuracy and timeliness of land survey data and information on the supervision platform,support land resource protection and management,and promote sustainable socio-economic development and rational utilization of land resources.
