基于TOPSIS-RSR法的谷子抗倒伏性综合评价与品种筛选OA
Comprehensive Evaluation and Screening of Foxtail Millet Varieties for Lodging Resistance Based on the TOPSIS-RSR Method
抗倒伏性是影响谷子机械化收获与稳产的关键性状.为实现抗倒伏种质资源的有效筛选,本研究对 23个谷子品种(系)进行定量评价与等级分类.基于株高、基部节间长、单株鲜重、根干重、茎秆抗折力及机械强度 6 项指标,采用熵值法确定各指标权重,建立TOPSIS-RSR耦合模型进行综合评价.结果表明:茎秆抗折力与机械强度是核心指标(权重均高于 21%);模型将品种划分为 4 个等级,其中,第 4 档、第 3 档(如"公谷75""公矮 5 号")为高抗倒伏品种,第2 档(如"嫩09-1")为轻倒伏品种,第1 档("1K193")为严重倒伏品种.该评价体系有效克服了单一指标的局限性,实现了对抗倒伏性的客观分级,为谷子抗倒伏育种及适宜机械化收获品种的选育提供了可靠依据.
Lodging resistance is a key trait affecting the mechanized harvesting and stable yield of foxtail millet.For the effective screening of lodging-resistant accessions,a quantitative evaluation and grading classification of 23 foxtail millet varieties(lines)was conducted in this study.Based on six indicators(plant height,basal internode length,fresh weight per plant,root dry weight,stalk breaking resistance,and mechanical strength),the weights of each indicator were determined by the entropy weight method,and a TOPSIS-RSR coupled model was established for comprehensive evaluation.The results indicated that stalk breaking resistance and mechanical strength were the core indicators(both with weights higher than 21%).The model classified the varieties into four grades:Grades 4 and 3(e.g.,'Gonggu 75'and'Gong'ai 5')were highly lodging-resistant varieties;Grade 2(e.g.,'Nen 09-1')was lightly lodging-susceptible varieties;and Grade 1('1K193')was severely lodging-susceptible varieties.This evaluation system effectively overcomes the limitations of single indicators,realizes the objective grading of lodging resistance,and provides a reliable basis for lodging-resistant foxtail millet breeding and the selection of varieties suitable for mechanized harvesting.
