草莓基质栽培中营养液应用技术研究对其生长及品质的影响OA
Effects of Nutrient Solution Application Technology on Growth and Quality of Strawberries in Substrate Culture
相比传统土壤栽培,基质栽培能够避免连作障碍,减少农药使用量,提高产量和品质.本文提出了一种用于设施草莓基质无土栽培的营养液配方,该配方充分考虑草莓每一生长时期的营养元素需求、每一种营养元素以及不同元素协同拮抗作用对于草莓生长状况的调控,解决草莓无土栽培营养液无针对性、无专一性的问题,实现草莓无土栽培生产品质与质量的提升.以草莓栽培标准营养液配方(日本山崎草莓专用配方)为对照,本文所提营养液配方有利于草莓幼苗期植株发育粗壮,促进植株光合作用、合成叶绿素,增强草莓坐果期的抗逆性,提升果实品质.此外,在相同的栽培环境条件和基质条件下,合理的施肥灌溉水平对提高草莓产量起决定性作用.本研究可为温室草莓基质栽培高架模式体系的建立提供理论基础和技术依据.
Compared with traditional soil culture,substrate culture can avoid continuous cropping obstacles,reduce pesticide application,and improve yield and quality.This study proposes a nutrient solution formula for soilless substrate cultivation of protected strawberries.The formula fully considers the nutrient element requirements of strawberries at each growth stage,the regulatory effects of each nutrient element,and the synergistic and antagonistic effects among different elements on strawberry growth,addressing the problems of lack of targeting and specificity in nutrient solutions for strawberry soilless cultivation,and thus realizing the improvement of production quality and yield of strawberries under soilless cultivation.the nutrient solution formula proposed in this study is conducive to the robust development of strawberry seedlings during the seedling stage,promotes plant photosynthesis and chlorophyll synthesis,enhances the stress resistance of strawberries during the fruiting period,and improves fruit quality.In addition,under the same cultivation environment and substrate conditions,reasonable fertilization and irrigation levels play a decisive role in improving strawberry yield.This study can provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the establishment of an elevated substrate cultivation system for greenhouse strawberries.
